Monthly or Annual Subscriptions: Choose from our flexible billing plans. Payments will be processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Invoice Tracking: You can request a invoice for your payments at any time through your user dashboard or by opening a ticket with our support team.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified immediately by mail. Please update your payment method within 3 days to avoid service interruptions. If your payment method is not updated within 7 days and the bill has not been paid, your account may be suspended. You may lose other services and you will not be refunded for them. If a service is stopped (beyond grace period of 7 days, we will charge a fee of $25 to restore the service)

Service Upgrades: You can upgrade your service plan at any time by contacting or opening a ticket. You don't need to buy another plan to upgrade, we will calculate the difference and charge you the difference through our conversation and make it very easy for you to upgrade.

Service Downgrades: You can downgrade your service plan at any time by contacting or opening a ticket. You will not be refunded the difference in the plan cost if it is already been charged. You will be charged the new plan price at the next billing cycle.

Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do have a 7 day guarantee for all our services, if you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 7 days of your payment. However, this is only applicable if we have not bought any third party services for you such as domain names, SSL certificates, etc.

Service Suspension: If your account is suspended due to non-payment, you will have 7 days to pay the bill and restore the service. If the bill is not paid within 7 days, your account will be terminated and all data will be deleted. We will not be responsible for any data loss in this case.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your service at any time if you violate our terms of service or engage in any illegal activities. In such cases, you will not be refunded for any unused portion of your service.
